Description

6 COSTA RICA Canet Musician Mozart Raisin Honey
150g

A quality, highly sweet bean grown at a high altitude of 2000m, it has a floral, grapefruit, and raisin flavor, with a hint of wine. It may remind you of tangerine jam or strawberry jam. The body is not especially smooth, but that does not take away from its outstanding flavor. What’s unique about this coffee is that it possesses the uplifting aroma of a washed coffee but has the mild flavor of a sun-dried one. The fact that its characteristics cannot be easily classified gave rise to the uniquely named musician series.

Tasting notes: Neroli, Orange Jam, Raisin

The optimal period for tasting
After roasting, our coffee beans need some time to release the carbon dioxide inside. This process allows the coffee to develop more completely, improving its flavor. A light-roasted coffee bean degases slowly, so we suggest you begin enjoying our coffee between 20 to 30 days after the roasting date and finish it no more than a month after the package is opened.
