1 COLOMBIA El Diviso Sidra Anaerobic Natural

As the coffee touches your lips, a perfume-like rose aroma inundates your nose, followed by peach and lychee flavors diffusing in your mouth. The intense olfactory sensation, gentle acidity, and highly sweet texture integrate to yield an experience not unlike a glass of champagne. The subtle depth of flavor is a characteristic of the Sidra variety. 80 Hours of anaerobic fermentation allows all flavors stand out distinctly. It shares the same pedigree as the number one coffee from the 2022 World Barista Championship, having come from the same farm and identical process.

Tasting notes: Rose, Champagne, Litchi, Peach

The optimal period for tasting
After roasting, our coffee beans need some time to release the carbon dioxide inside. This process allows the coffee to develop more completely, improving its flavor. A light-roasted coffee bean degases slowly, so we suggest you begin enjoying our coffee between 20 to 30 days after the roasting date and finish it no more than a month after the package is opened.
